I am about 20kg overweight, and I would like to loose this. However I want to get fit while loosing the weight. I want to do this right. I want to eat good food with an occasional treat, exercise, and hopefully fit into my jeans a bit better.
You will probably notice that I don't eat much dairy. I am lactose intolerant, so I avoid dairy and don't eat it often. Sometimes I will have a scoop of ice cream or some chocolate (sweet tooth) but most of the time I will avoid dairy.
I have been overweight most of my life. I was a very skinny kid, but I was never very active. This caught up on me when I was about 14 and I put on 20kg in a year. Some of it was normal puberty weight gain but a lot of it wasn't. My weight has stedily climbed up and up since then until I reached 85kg and decided that I had to do something about it. No way was I getting to 100kg!
